DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
GrabVid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. GrabVid does not host, store or cache any videos, images or GIFs. Media is streamed from Pinterest's own servers at the request of the user, and nothing is kept on our servers.
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being made available through GrabVid in a way that infringes your rights, you may send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We will review every valid notice and, where appropriate, block the reported pin URLs from being processed by our tools.
How to file a notice
Email contact@grabvid.online with the subject "DMCA Notice" and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact Pinterest URL(s) of the pin(s) concerned.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Removing content at the source
Because the media is hosted by Pinterest, the most effective way to remove it everywhere is to report it to Pinterest directly through its copyright reporting process. Once Pinterest removes a pin, it can no longer be downloaded through GrabVid.
Counter-notices
If you believe a URL was blocked by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We may block access to the Service for users who repeatedly use it to infringe copyright.
