About GrabVid

GrabVid.online is a small, independent project that makes it easy to save Pinterest videos, images and GIFs to your own device. Pinterest is a wonderful place to collect recipes, tutorials and inspiration, but it does not let you keep a copy for offline use. GrabVid fills that gap with tools that are free, fast and respectful of your privacy.

What we believe

  • Free forever. No subscriptions, no paywalls and no download limits. The site is supported by ads.
  • No accounts. You never need to sign up or log in, here or on Pinterest.
  • Private by default. We do not store the files you download or keep a history of the links you paste.
  • Light and fast. No heavy frameworks, no pop-ups and no fake download buttons.

How it works

When you paste a public Pinterest link, our server looks up that pin and finds the original media files Pinterest already serves to every visitor. The file is then streamed directly to your browser. Nothing is saved on our servers along the way.

Respecting creators

Everything on Pinterest belongs to the people who created it. GrabVid is meant for personal use, such as watching a recipe video offline or keeping a high-resolution reference image. Please ask creators for permission before re-posting their work, and credit them when you share. Rights holders can reach us through our DMCA page.
